How do I know that I have made my purchase successfully?

Shortly after completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your confirmed order in which you will find all the information about it along with your order number.

Using this code, you can check its status in the "My orders" section of your user account.

Once your order is ready, we will send you a second email to notify you that it is being delivered from our warehouses.

Where can I see my purchase receipt?

You can download your purchase receipt from the moment you place the order. To do this, open your inbox, and within the order confirmation email, you will find a download link.

How can I pay for my purchase?

Once you have the complete basket, at the time of purchase, you must choose between the available payment methods: with Card (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) or with your PayPal account.

Where can I consult the size guide?

The item I'm interested in buying is out of stock.

If the item you are interested in is out of stock, you can register your email, and we will notify you whenever it is available again within 15 days of your request. You should know that this process is not equivalent to a reservation of the garment.

Replacement of a Drop

The nature of Heressy Drops is that they are ephemeral, and after a while on sale on the web, they give way to new ones. However, the sale period of a Drop is variable as well as it is stock. Although we work with limited editions, it is possible that a garment or a complete Drop may be replaced. For any questions in this regard, you can always write to us at info@heressy.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

I want to know the characteristics and care of the product that I have bought.

On our website, within each article, you will find a section on COMPOSITION AND CARE for it, as well as on the labels of our garments, you can find information for optimal care of your garments.

How do you make a donation to NGOs?

Heressy donates 2% of all purchases made by users to different causes. Although the disbursement is made by us and does not imply an extra cost for you, we want you to choose the destination of this aid.

The selection of the donations' destination is activated in those users who have made a purchase in Heressy. For each purchase, 2% is accumulated and that accumulated amount can be easily donated through the private area choosing between the NGOs and movements selected by Heressy. If you want to propose another cause that does not appear, you can do it through the form, and we will do everything possible to add it.

The Heressy team will be in charge of sending the total donations to each NGO in a totally altruistic way.

Promotions, sales periods, and Mid Season Sale.

Eventually, in Heressy you can find drops that benefit from a discount or promotion.

In case of acquiring a garment under these conditions, you must bear in mind that if a return is requested, it will be made under the same circumstances. The amount of the refund will always be the same as that presented on the purchase receipt.

How can I redeem a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you just have to enter it at the end of your payment process, in the specific field and it will be applied automatically.

As a general rule, a promotional code will not be compatible with other active promotions nor can it be reused.

Is my personal information confidential?

All the information you share with Heressy is private and confidential for the development, fulfillment, and execution of the sale contract, attend to your requests and provide you with information about our products. Check all the details in our Privacy Policy.

How can I contact the Heressy team?

You can send us any questions through the email info@heressy.com, and we will attend you as soon as possible.

Do I have to register to make an online purchase?

It is not necessary. In Heressy, it is possible to purchase as a guest user if you prefer. This purchase option is equally viable both on our website and in the mobile app.

However, we recommend that you always make your purchase from a user account so that you can benefit from all its facilities: monitoring of your order, accumulation of balance for donations, privileged information, and payment information. Also, you will have a history of purchases and returns.

I do not remember my password.

If you have forgotten your access password, you can reset it from the login in "Recover password", and you will receive an email with the steps to follow in your email.

If what you need is to change the current password, you can do it from "My profile", in your private user section.
