All of our items are delivered through the courier agency DHL or CorreosExpress under the Go-Green shipping service, which guarantees better efficiency and reduced emissions and environmental impacts.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are free for national shipments (peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Andorra) and international shipments.

Delivery times

All our shipments respond to an Express delivery policy. You will receive your order within 24/48 hours if it is in the peninsular territory of Spain.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Andorra, and other countries, the delivery period may suffer delays beyond Heressy's control. Also, shipments to these areas will not exceed a period greater than 5 days.

Remember that if you place your order on a public holiday (national, regional, or local) or the weekend, it will be managed from the next business day.

Track your order

Using your order number, you can check its status in the "My orders" section of your user account.

You will find this code in the confirmation email you receive once the purchase is made.

How is my shipment processed?

When your order is ready and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. In that same email, you will receive a tracking link to see its status at all time.

How will delivery be made?

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?

Remember that sometimes for reasons beyond Heressy's control, there may be changes in delivery times.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are absent at the delivery time, the carrier will leave you a notification with their contact information. You can also call our delivery company directly and provide the order tracking number (you will find it in the email that follows the purchase confirmation) to schedule a new delivery date.


Can I request an exchange or return of my order?

You have up to 30 days from the receipt of your order to change your item for another size, item, or to request a return. This service will be free for the user.

You can request the home collection service through our email indicating your order number and without additional costs. A carrier will pick up the package with the items you want to exchange or return. Then we will proceed to carry out the process of changing the item or returning it.

How and when will I receive the refund?

When we receive your order, we will verify the returned items to check their status. A full refund of the garment's cost will be made through the same form of payment used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7-14 days, depending on your bank.

Can I cancel an item / order?

How do I prepare the package for the return?

Once the return has been requested through our email, make sure that the item is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and without signs of use. To process the return, you must fill out the delivery note and include it in the package. A courier will pick up the order at your address.

I have not received all the items in my order. What should I do?

Check your email and check if we have previously sent you an email informing you that one of the items included in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount corresponding to the item in the same payment method used in the purchase.
